A testimony published on the NUFORC (National UFO Reporting Center) website leaves UFO enthusiasts intrigued. Dated April 30, 2023, this incident reported by an anonymous observer occurred at 2:00 PM local time and allegedly lasted about a minute. A mysterious unidentified flying object was reportedly spotted in the sky over Alma, Colorado.
The witness, who preferred to remain anonymous, was with their girlfriend on their deck when they were captivated by a series of unusual events. The observer was gazing at the sky, watching hawks soar above when an object suddenly emerged above the trees to the west. Described as having a rectangular shape, the object was flying at low altitude, between 300 and 400 feet, and moved about 300 yards to the south.
The witness pointed out the object to their girlfriend, who confirmed seeing the strange phenomenon as well. The object was mostly grey, with some black accents on top. The dimensions were similar to those of a Subaru Outback, but without the front portion, hood, and everything else. Details provided by the witness suggest that the object had a certain width and resembled the shape of an SUV.
One particularly striking feature was the complete silence that surrounded it. The object had no wings or propellers, yet it moved in an oddly consistent and stable manner. Its flight was so steady that it showed no signs of fluctuation or wavering. The object continued on its trajectory to the east while maintaining a constant speed and altitude. Eventually, it became invisible to their eyes.
