The person who discovered this video is named Scott C. Waring. He explains on his blog:
“While searching though the NASA space station cam footage I found one video that stood apart from the rest. A triangle craft was seen near the space station about 50 meters away from it. The craft is huge about 40+ meters across! Its speed is matched with that of the space station. Live cams don't lie. This raw footage is 100% proof that alien craft visit the space station whenever they feel like it. I doubt that they dock with the space station, but they clearly are sending a message to the astronauts on board the ISS that they exist, and they were there first.”
