White cylinder-shaped UFO shot over Arizona

On November 24, 2018, at 18:05, the Arizona University Observatory filmed a bright white cylinder-shaped UFO. It moved slowly among starlights. What is it?

Witness report:

I was searching for internet streaming webcams from arizona while monitoring 10 webcams of the ocean for hovering bright lights in the night skies.

I noticed at first i was looking at stars from a university webcam in real time from the time stamp displaying the seconds of the hour. i was happy at that instant. i continued looking for more webcams of the ocean from europe and canada. i glanced at arizona university observatory webcam and noticed a bright white cylinder or rectangle moving slowly among the stars. i verified the camera is from the university url. i thought it was aircraft lights blurring from the limitations of camera's ccd sensor. i watched the seconds from the time displaying on the camera's screen and realized it may be a blimp (at the time of this posting) moving slowly. the stars twinkle while the cylinder object is not moving. not moving due to the ccd sensor. i made a screenshot of it's movements. the object change it's length when it appeared a few seconds away from the camera's field of view at the north west. not a blimp. the object is out of view from the observatory camera's view.
